Hi there,

I am encountering an issue in a flow that reads and processes XML files.
When the input file size is 1.2 MB, the process completes successfully; however, when the file size is 5 MB, an error occurs during Create Print Content.
Does anyone know the possible cause and how to resolve this issue?
The message displayed is shown below.

[0007] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 An unspecified error occurred which was caused by LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the content creation process caused by ApplicationException: IPC communication error (CC1000009)

Can you submit a support ticket via the support portal for this issue and, if possible, provide OL Support the data and template please? Because it can be a bit challenging to pinpoint the cause of the error without reviewing the data or template.

Sounds like interference by an overly aggressive anti-malware software.

Please make sure the appropriate exclusions are set up. See Antivirus Exclusions for more details.

Also, please note that Workflow is merely reporting errors from Server. Please make sure to include all Server logs from C:\Users<username>\Connect\logs in your report. You may also quote the relevant parts here.
