Images disappear from PDF in Workflow

I have a Connect Design Professional application with some fixed images. When I generate sample documents using the “generate samples” option within the design, the document looks perfect.
I inserted this same application into a workflow process, and the documents generated within the workflow process are missing the images. I’ve already updated the template within Workflow, saved it, and uploaded it to the server. The images are also inserted in the template’s images folder.



Can you help me understand why this happens? And how should I resolve it?

Are your images conditional? If so you might want to check if the condition is met with the data you used in Workflow VS the data used in the Template’s design.

Also are the Workflow and Connect Designer on the same workstation?

We have one conditional image (Bradesco.png) and the others are not conditional.

All tests were performed on the same computer (in this case, on a server) with the PDF showing the problem and the image showing no problem.

I’m attaching the developed application, along with a test file “noname” for your evaluation.

The password to open PDFs will always be 00000

I changed the image file types from PNG to JPG. I made this other change in an attempt to resolve it but was unsuccessful.

I have removed your shared ZIP file as your datamapper still has real data in it and that is a breach of confidentiality on your part.

Next time, make sure you remove all data files from your Datamapper and only include the anonymized one(s).

Anyone on this forum can download and look at it.

I have tried your Template and Datamapper with the data file named :VerdeCard_9720_teste com todos modelos.txt and testfile.txt.

I printed it both from the Designer and from Workflow. I also tried it with all conditional disabled and the result is the same. All logos always appears.

I am using the latest version of Connect 2025.1.1.

Which version are you using?

JChamel, I apologize for the failure to publish the file with data still present. I changed the sensitive data: name, CPF, and address. But I understand your request and will be more careful next time I send it. Thank you for your recommendation and for deleting the file.

My Connect version is 2023.2.1 Professional.

Are there any issues that have been fixed with newer versions?

A lot of them. I would suggest you upgrade to latest version.

I ran new tests this weekend.
I noticed that using Workflow, the system only loads the images once.
Example: in record 1, the system generated the complete document with all the images, but document 2, until the end, was output without images.
I changed the order of the records in the input file to see if there was a problem with the records, but the same thing happened. The first document output with the images, but the others did not.
Could I have a cache configuration or memory issue?
