Hi @UomoDelGhiaccio,

Is it an option for you to share one of these TIFF images, by which the reported incident does occur, with us? Otherwise I would like to ask you kindly to open a Support ticket via our ‘website (link)’ because I assume that we cannot investigate the reported incident without having one of these TIFF images by which the reported incident does occur.

Something you can test is the following: Are you able to reproduce the incident when you rename the file to something like “example.tif” and store it at for example the following location “C:/test/images” (so that it will become “file:///C:/test/images/example.tif”)?

With the sample TIFF files provided, I can’t add them as a static background.
I opened up a case as the documents are sensitive.

Hi @UomoDelGhiaccio,

Did you ever get a solution to this issue. I have a similar issue but with a “.jpg” file instead.

Regards,
James.
