Is there an article on how to install and use HCF files? I couldn’t find a menu item in Connect, and don’t know if they also need to be sent to Workflow somehow…

If you have custom HCF files, you can copy them to C:\Users\[username]\Connect\workspace\configurations\HCFFiles and you will then be able to pick any of them in the Inserter Options section of the Output Creation Preset.
No need to copy the HCF to Workflow as its settings will be integrated into the Output Preset (which you do have to send to Workflow).
