In PSM, it has the repetition setting to allow for label printing. Where in PSM Connect that I can find this feature?

The repetition settings are located within the output module, more specifically in the Output Presets. To reach them, simply go to File, Print Presets, Output Settings. Check the Repetition option, click next, and take a look at these options. This should be what you’re looking for.
