My workflow receives emails from a recipient Inbox using Email Input plugin, and then I would need to extract some of the information which under the Email Banner Header section, from the received emails.
Kindly advise, what is the recommended steps to extract information from a .msg file?

An option is to execute the Execute Data Mapping Workflow plugin after executing the Email Input Workflow plugin. You can then use the Execute Data Mapping Workflow plugin from the (plain text) *.DAT output file of the Email Input Workflow plugin. See this reply, for example.

The data that I had captured from Email Input contains lots of unknown characters. I needs to extract the below meta data, which include into the original email template.
