How to add a brought forward line at the beginning of the overflow page with the amount taken from the previous page

Hi,

How to add a ‘Brought Forward’ line to the beginning of every overflow page, with the amount and date taken from the last row of the previous page?

Furthermore, how to make the description conditional based on the amount sign?

Hi Farid,

If your using a detail table then you can add subtotal lines and amount carried forward lines by checking Calculate sub totals whilst setting up the table. There’s more information about that in the help here.

I’m not certain exactly what you mean by your second question however if you open a ticket with support we will be happy to go into the detail for that with you.

I will check that and let you know. As for the second question I mean to have a different description based on the sign of the amount (positive or negative).
