As question states - could someone please tell me how I update the Connect Design tool (this is not the same machine where workflow is installed) without redownloading and reinstalling the entire program?
I don’t appear to have any notifications informing me to update and templates my colleagues have made in the last few weeks are now refusing to open due to my installation being out of date…is this normal?
Have you tried running the Objectif Lune Update Client found in programs in the start menu? That will list an update that can be downloaded without downloading the entire ISO.
Do you have OL Care? If not then it will be blank. Contact your OL sales rep. Or speak to your IT/finance/boss.
Connect updates require active OL Care contacts for all OL products bought by a company. All company branches too. This was implemented from version 2019.1.
