I am getting an error trying to install Printshop Mail Connect. The error is mentioning a “Cross-grade between different brands of OL Connect is not possible”
Both of our Versions are 1.2.1.
Can they not be installed on the same computer at the same time? Also, our install is “PrintShopMail_Connect_Setup_x86_64.exe” but will not install on a 32-bit computer.

Indeed, you can only have one licence active on a computer at a time, it is not possible to have two different licences. What I do (because I really need to see difference licences installed!) is to put them in VMs… which of course also requires a powerful machine to run the VMs and Connect within them. There’s unfortunately no way around that.
Also, “x86_64” is actually the denomination for 64-bit applications, x86 being the architecture, not the bits. As per documentation, Connect is only available in 64-bit computers. 32-bit operating systems simply do not have the power to run Connect, since they can’t support more than 3.5GB of RAM, while Connect requires 16GB to run properly.
