Fill data in DataMapper

Hi,
I’m new to Connect Press
i have some pdf file have a table format like below table
table%20format

i would like to use datamapper to extract it to xml and eact record contain customer data, item data and qty, is it possible ? if yes, would u pls tell me how to do this ?
