I have one particular user with a recurring issue. After a week or so of use, she’s no longer able to save data maps. She gets an error with the name of the data map followed by “This file is currently not available for use on this computer”.
We have tried various fixes:
- Uninstalled and Reinstalled Connect on different workstations etc, and it will resolve for a while, and then happen again.
- Reset her Connect Workspace back to default and it will resolve it for a while.
- Delete Connect Temp Files
- Install the latest version fresh of Connect and again resolved it for a while.
Is this a known issue with a resolution, or do I need to open a Support Ticket?
