Error within the HTTP Client Input

I need some help with my process that I’ve been having problems with. The process was created for us by a consultant many years ago and I have only minimal knowledge of these programs and the consultant is unfortunately no longer available.

I have a process that includes a connection to +PReS Enhance via an HTTP Client Input. The process has worked without problems in the past, even when I’ve run up to 80-90 jobs one after the other, one at a time.

But now when I run my jobs, the first 45-50 PDFs are created correctly, then the remaining PDFs become 0 kb and I get these error messages in the log:

ERROR: W3730 : Error resolving the URL : HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error
ERROR: 1: There was an error within the HTTP Client Input (+PReS Enhance)
ERROR: HTTP Client Input: W1603 : Plugin failed

If I restart the OL Connect Workflow and OL Connect Service services, running my jobs works again, but again only the first 45-50 jobs.

If I open the Connect Server Configuration app, I see that the memory for the Merge Engine and Weaver Engine is set to 4096 MB for each engine, do I need to increase these? Is there also a way in my process that allows me to clear the memory?

Given the provided information I would like to recommend you to open a support ticket via our support portal as we may need to take a closer look at the Server logs to check what the reason is why the HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error occurs by executing the HTTP Client Input task.
