HI,
i am able to run the plugin in the debug mode well but when i run in the LIVE mode from the hot folder it always failes with the below error
ERROR: Error while executing plugin: System Error. Code: 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.
ERROR: Microsoft® Word Documents To PDF Conversion: W1603 : Plugin failed
Probably this is a user rights issue of the user running the workflow and messaging services.
- Please check if the “PlanetPress Word-to-PDF Printer” is installed and is the default printer just in case.
- Check your user rights, try with a local adminstrator account just in case
- Check that a compatible MS-Word is installed on the system (check that it actually opens normally on your account)
- goto the Configure services button in tools, change the user to your (local admin) user
If this all fails I’d recommend getting in contact with support, they should know how to fix this
Thank you for answering, i was just able to resolve the issue by installing the never version of the planet press workflow, the version i had before which wasn’t working was 8.3.0.10011, so i reinstalled the version 8.3.1.10044,the failure was observed on windows 2008 R2 OS, whereas the same installer was working well on windows 7, so not sure if the version 8.3.0.10011 has some issue on windows 2008 r2 perhaps.
by the way to answer to your questions “PlanetPress Word-to-PDF Printer” was installed and it was default one, MS word was installed well
