Hi, during a training for PC 1.2.1 we faced the message "ooops! we are unable to connect to your print server due to Username / password mismatch (SRV0001000).
We’ve never seen this before.
Please advice, what to do asap.

This message indicates that the Designer is unable to authenticate itself to the Server. The authentication is on by default, with the credentials being ol-admin/secret , but if you’ve changed that in the Server Configuration dialog, it also needs to be mirrorred in the Connect Preferences screen (PReS™ Connect 1.3 User Guide - Print (General) Preferences). I think this is probably the most likely cause of this problem.
