I installed a new browser (Firefox) and also cleaned the cache of the first one (Chrome). We tried it on other computers too.

The Admin team suggests the following.
Please follow the steps below to set your password and log in for the first time:

Access the Community at support.uplandsoftware.com

Click the “Forgot Password” link (see the red box below).

Enter your email address and click “Send Recovery Email” (see below).

Check your inbox for an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link, and reset your password according to the following password requirements:

- At least 8 characters long
- Include at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
Once you have your new password set, log in to the Community using your email address as your username and your newly set password

I got an update from our Admin team.

“I’ve reset your password to test your access and I was able to see the option to raise support tickets from the drop-down as shown in the attached GIF below, you can follow the same instructions shared before to set a new password.”
