error printing or preview

Hi to all,

I´m using PrintShop Mail Connect, but when i try to print or show a preview, appears this message: " Oops! we are sorry, your output engine doesn’t seem to be ready. Do you want to retry? "

somebody knows how fix it?

Can you check whethe rthe OLConnect_Server service is installed and strated?

Open control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > OLConnect_Server and check the status of the service.

Thank you so much for your response, I´m díd verify these service (OLConnect_Server) but I didn´t find, later I´m install adobe acrobat and the it run Ok.
