Error opening database: Catastrophic failure

I found the random error “Error opening database: Catastrophic failure”. This error always error after first time error happen.
I fix this issue by restart workflow’s service. Then use the same data input to reproduce error again but the process complete without this error.

The input data is excel file and use ODBC to query data from sheet.

This error was caused because of an error in the connection string, or because the following occurred: * W3611 : No connection string found

Check the connection string and make sure it is present and valid.
