Error: Messenger spool path cannot be empty

I am attempting to send my document to the workflow and I am getting this error when I click Send:

Error: Messenger spool path cannot be empty

I don’t see anywhere in the settings for a spool path.

Can you tell us which version of Connect you are using?

Hey Phil,

Thank you but I think I figured out what the issue was. It was pointing to a server that was outdated. I did not install the PPress connect 8 messenger service on my computer as well and it had the old 7 on it.
