Error 3001 - PDF not created

Hello,
from time to time I see below error in my log files.
I don´t really know why it happens.
Last time a PDF that should have been send to a customer was not created and the raw xml file was send instead, so I would like to prevent stuff like this.

First I thought that it could be the virus scanner, but the folder is now excluded and it still happens.

Who knows what could cause the file to be locked?

Hello @JTK,

Can you let us know please what the name of the Workflow plugin is by which this error occurs? Does it occur by executing the Create PDF Workflow plugin, for example?

Can you also let us know please in which version of PlanetPress Suite the error does occur?

Tip: Based on the provided information so far, I assume that it is a good idea to submit a ticket via our support portal for this.

Please ensure that all working folders used by Workflow are white listed in your anti-virus. You can read the following: anti-virus with Workflow

Yes, this happens with the Create PDF Plugin.
I´m on version 7.6.2.9999

I now also added "C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune" to the exceptions and will monitor it.

If the problem still occurs, you could try tp use a newest version of the Alambic exe from Alambic 3.4.3
