When trying to demo the email sample flows, I get this error in the Email Content node: “This feature is not available with a DEMO, TRIAL, or RESELLER license”. Email features in Workflow are limited to delivery to the sender address which works fine for a reseller to demo or do a proof of concept. Why is the feature completely disabled in Automate? It does limit our ability to show a full multichannel demo or POC. Will this restriction be lifted in the official release?
That email content node is the analogue to the Render Email Content node in Workflow, which has similar restrictions in place.
Essentially, it prepares the emails, but doesn’t send them. Meaning there would be an opportunity to modify them before sending.
I’m not currently aware of any plans for a node analogous to the Create Email Content node in Workflow, which sends emails directly via the Connect Server, but I can look into it.
