Is there a way to set the “Edit Script” to default to Text instead of Selector? I have a number of variables to use and if I need to change each one from Selector to Text it will be time consuming.
In designer preferences you can change the default:
Under editing select the option "New scripts perform a search and replace.
This will only work on “new” scripts. All already created scripts needs to be changed by hand.
You can also leave this option, and use the “ALT” button when dragging a field to the script or designer area. When holding the “ALT” button it uses the not selected option in this pref.
Note that in more recent versions of OL Connect you could use expressions. This makes scripts redundant in many cases. See also:
