I have a scenario where I need to generate on the fly content so user can select the design, provide dynamic data file and generate the PDF. During the selection they can do minor edition in the design like change some text info. They will provide mapping of data as well during the selection.
For the data file that has dynamic data ex: name and address of multiple consumer, need to create dynamic datamapper so that it reads every field and store header in key-value format so template can understand the data mapping on base of key.
Please guide me if anyone know how to achieve any of this?
I am afraid that this medium (forum) isn’t the right place for the complex endeavour you are projecting to do.
It is feasible. You basically want to build a web page that allows the user to select from a variety of pre-defined examples, then change some text in them as well as providing data and data mapping.
So, you want to kind of reproduce an online Datamapper.
I know that one of our previous owner had designed something like this as a POC (proof of concept) for some banking institution that is why I am stating that it is no small feat.
