Hi All,
I’m having an issue where one of our customers has 3 new virtual machines running server 2016 that are all duplicates of each other. They each have PlanetPress Watch 7 installed.
All their magic numbers are the same, and i have tried a number of things to force a change so that i may activate the servers individually, but nothing has worked.
I have tried changing the windows user organisation, mac address, uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hi Joel,
you may try to copy the VM instead of moving it, if you selected “move” VM to copy it.
You may also try to change some hardware settings of the VM.

Thanks for your assistance.
The customer setup these servers, so i’m not really sure if i can ask them to redo their servers.
The customer added RAM and disk space, but we saw no magic number change.
Would selecting “i copied it” be the only solution?
