Designer migration to new workstation

Hi,
Our company purchased lifetime licenses for PlanetPress Connect.

Recently, due to a loss of infrastructure, we had to reinstall the Designer module on new computers. We are using the same version we had previously installed and for which we hold a valid license.

After that, with the new Magig Number we attempted to activate the license via the WAM, but received a message stating that our account status does not allow activations through this platform.
