Hi, we have a client with the latest version of PP Connect. A few weeks ago, the department of infrastructure telling us if it’s possible to dissable from PP the components that are causing the next issues:
As in regards to your forum post, I am afraid that some important information is missing here. Can you let us know please what version of PlanetPress Connect you have installed and on what kind of environment you have installed the software on? For example, have you currently installed OL Connect Professional version 2024.1 on a Windows Server 2019?
By the way, has the software been installed on a Terminal Services environment? The reason why I am asking is because the provided screenshot shows the following information:

If yes, then I will have to inform you that please keep in mind that multi-user environments like Terminal Services or VMWare Horizon are not officially supported.
