I had some windows update and after that I have problems starting datampper for pdf files.
I got message I can not connect to database. It worked until the update.
Can someone help. I can reinstall Connect designer but I would gladly avoid that. Is there any other solution?
I have put correct and username and password.

That address is not for the database, it’s for the OL Connect Server. Is the service started?
Yes you are right.
I had server installed and I had to remove it.
Now when I reinstalled it I have a new problem. I got message database in not ready…
Any idea why is this happening and how to solve it.

I reinstalled Designer without Server and I got the same message …
I think you’d better contact our Support team so they can understand better what happened and how to fix it.
