data missing in pcl data mapper - installation issue or bug?

Hi,

We are working a lot with pcl files in the data mapper. There is a strange problem with some of the pcl files where data espacially the one close to edges of the page becomes invisible when loaded in the data mapper. The same file in pdf format is fine.

Has anyone come across this or is just an installation problem at our end? We have reinstalled the software but it hasn’t fixed the problem.

Thanks Rod for all your help and meticulously detailed answer. Thanks to you, l can now convert some of the PCL files without having to use a to use a Connect template. This massively saves us time.
