Create Email Content Error

Hi All,

i trying to run create email content plugin however, I’m receiving this error message.

15:16:42.858 [0050] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 An unspecified error occurred which was caused by ApplicationException: Authentication failed. (SRV000001)

please advise.

Have you ticked the “Use Authentication” option in the Create Email Content plugin properties and filled in the Username and Password fields?

Hi Butth,

Yes have check “Use Authentication” but however now it shows me a different error msg.

It sounds to me that the provided error isn’t the entire error. Can you please confirm whether the following error is the entire error which occurs when you execute the Create Email Content Workflow plugin? If not, can you please share the entire error?

Here is the full error message:
15:55:13.963 [0050] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 An unspecified error occurred which was caused by ApplicationException: com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn’t connect to host, port: [Mailhost IP], 25; timeout 60000;

Thank you for sharing the entire error message.

I suppose that you have applied the correct properties to the Email Info tab of the Create Email Content Workflow plugin or are there any properties applied you are not sure about?

Please check whether you are able to ping the mail server and/or whether the connection between PlanetPress Connect and the mail server isn’t blocked by any antivirus or firewall.

I am also getting and error when trying to do this.
