Create a signature file witht he Connect Designer

Hi,

I am working on a conversion from a old version of vb coding application to Planet Press system. In the old system, the operator is asked to insert a signature CD to the computer to get the signature file. The signature should be from a high level manager to approve some refund cheques being mailed out to customers.

I am wondering if the connect designer is able to generate such a signature file to replace the one used in the old system.

In order to point you in the right direction, can you confirm if you refer to a Digital Signature (which is basically an encrypted key) or an actual drawing of the name of someone saved as an image?
