COTG default filename - No Pop-Up

I currently have COTG set to “Open document upon reception”, however it is still requesting a filename every time I send a document to the client
Is there a way to avoid the filename pop-up and just use the default name with the time stamp?

I don’t understand: are you saying that the COTG application requests a file name each time it downloads a new document?
Can you post a screenshot?

You have setup your Output to Capture OnTheGo output plugin to re-use the template. Uncheck the This is a blank form check box from the Advanced tab and it will ask you a filename no more.

That was the setting I was looking for. It works perfectly now.
