Connect Server Service

Had to kill the server and restart it due to deadlock. Upon restart, our licenses were expired. Figured the magic # changed so went to the Web Activation Portal and transfered license to new magic number.

Was able to apply the license to the Workflow and Designer, but I am getting Error #10061. Looking at the forum, that appears to be a Connect Server Service issue. I am not sure why the Connect Server Service is not starting up automatically, and cannot get this resolved.

Not sure if this is the fastest way to get a response, but our Operations team needs to get this resolved quickly. If any additional information is needed, please let me know.
