Will PP7 customers with a current PPCare contract automatically receive a Connect licence?
The final details are currently being worked on, but customers in this situation will receive the equivalent of what they already have, which is a print-only version of PlanetPress Connect. This special version contains all the advanced features of PlanetPress Connect Designer and Server to produce rich printed documents using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The email and web capabilities can be added for a small fee. In addition, customers who had PlanetPress Watch/Office/Production also receive an upgraded version of that product, named PlanetPress Connect Workflow 8.
