We would like to send both emails and printed versions of the template from the same data source. We have successfully created the workflow and proper separation using the email template. Instead of attaching a blank template to the email group, we would like it to ideally send populated version that is the same as they would receive if the customer was getting the mailed version.
We have read through the help manual a few times and have yet to produce the solution. The end result we desire is to have the email customer receive the same populated template as an attachment, just as the mail customers receive in the mail. Our current setup has the email customers receiving a blank template. Any help you could provide us would be great.
