Hi, I have a problem with code 128 in Print shop mail connect designer. When I print a code on a piece of paper, the scanner cannot read It.

Hi Mario, to check if the issue is linked to the scanner, try to scan the code with a smartphone.
Or maybe there is something wrong with the data. Do you have the scan issue for all records?
Can you give us an example of the data you want to create a code 128?
