It is working fine on my end (from Montreal, Canada). I submitted a document and the application is displaying it as expected.
I also haven’t received any notification from the Server about a break in service (we have internal monitors in place for such events).
Ok sorry we have found our issue. It’s our licenses.
The website captureonthego.com point to upland now and it confused us.
