Can't access managed file: merged.3987906085507462105.OL-im

Hi,

My workflow gives me this error:

W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the output creation process caused by ApplicationException: Can’t access managed file: merged.3987906085507462105.OL-im (SRV000042)

I’m not sure what it means, and I find very little information about it online. Can some on help me out?

Without looking at all the logs, I would say that the file requested is no longer there. The merged.3987906085507462105.OL-im is the job file after the Merge process. Could be that it was deleted by your pre-defined clean-up process in your Connect Server Configuration, or your AV has quarantine it.

That should give you a start to look at it.
