Cannot Download

Hi,

I’m trying to download Connect 2021.1.1. After about 10 tries to download the offline Connect Designer the link eventually did not timeout. Now trying to download the Connect Workflow, it times out nonstop. Even tried the online installer, also times out. Tried multiple browsers and two different internet connections.

EDIT: I gave up on the update manager. Each time I downloaded the update file for designer, Win 10 would say “This app cannot run on your PC”.

Hi Sharne,

Can you please check if you’re still getting the same message when you try to download the PlanetPress Workflow 2021.1.2 Offline Installer? Because I’m able to download the zip file when I enter the following URL in my web browser: download.objectiflune.com/Connect/Workflow_08/setup/PlanetPress/win32/2021.1.2/PPWorkflow-2021.1.2-Off-line.zip

Tried your link, same error as when trying via the WebActivationManager site.
