We do not provide fonts, but we do support using external fonts if you obtain USPS4CB from any other source. Here is a howto on how to use external fonts in Connect:

Here is the USPS Ribbs site that has the font you need. While there is a lot there, the font is part of one the packages. I do not remember which one.
