ATT00001 Attachment in outlook for inline images

Hi I have a template that has been fine up until today.

All of a sudden, the inline image is showing in outlook as a AT00001 attachment.
If I host the file externally and reference it’s url I don’t see this behavior.
A quick search seems to suggest this is a malformed MIME structure in the email, causing Outlook to treat part of the message as an attachment.

Has anyone seen this happening?

Hello @MichaelEngstrom ,

Could you perhaps share a copy of your email template which does not contain any sensitive information? Because it may be that the HTML in the email body is invalid somehow. Instead of sharing a copy of your email template via this forum post, you may also submit a ticket via our support portal so that someone from OL Support can help you with the issue you are facing.
