All in one Locks workflow

Hi

Does anyone else get a issue with workflow when using a All in One? Basically if I click on it it takes a few seconds to open the window, but it doesn’t open in front of the workflow window, you have to click on the workflow icon on task bar then it appears.

However if you click this too quickly then it minimises workflow and it won’t then come back up so then I have to close in task manager and loose whatever work I’ve done

Can you let us know please in which version of PlanetPress Workflow and on what kind of environment you’re facing this issue?

Hi

It’s PReS Connect workflow we are using the below version. It’s running on Windows Server 2016 and I’m accessing it via RDP.

Try the following to reset the Workflow user’s saved gui configuration:

  • Close Workflow Configuration tool
  • Double-click on the icon for opening it and as soon as you have done that hold down the CTRL key of your keyboard until it is fully opened.
