Forwarding a request to add some system variables to the Task Comment. Specifically they would like the resource name that is automatically populated by default, but with the ability to augment with static text. They would also like to be able to list the selected options. For example for PlanetPress Image, if it is email and/or folder output.
They understood that the values of user defined variables does not make sense, but the variable name does.
Their use case is it is difficult to determine email versus folder and their faxing is also via email, but to a different address that the regular email.
As a result they have 3 identical PlanetPress image objects and unfortunately they have not created each set in the same order for each grouping and the spacing between each of the 3 require scrolling.
Adding custom task comments help, but without the ptk name, they forget which conditional grouping that they are looking at.
It’s not just the PlanetPress image object, but several other objects as well. It is also not the first time a customer has requested something simular for the task comments.
