I’m using xml as sample data, and inside the key element obtain “&”
8 & 9 Food Street
Designer is able to produce the pdf but when come to workflow, there is an error.
Error msg:
W3001 : Error while executing plugin: Error converting file: undefined
Create PDF: W1603 : Plugin failed - 10:02:38 (elapsed time: 00:00:00:634)

Hi K2nneth,
The ampersand (“&”) character is a reserved character by XML, and will cause problems if it is not escaped correctly. You can add the Advanced Search and Replace plug-in in your workflow to search for the “&” and replace it with “&” and then it should process correctly.

I think he meant to replace & by &.
@Justin The web browser automodifiy the & by &. you have to use the </> icon to prevent this
