Hello,
I have a datamapper and workflow process which works perfectly fine given a different starting input (hot folder.). However, today on my WinQueue input where I try to print to the shared PlanetPress Printer, I’m getting the following error.
12:36:41.442 W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the data mapping process caused by ApplicationException: Error executing DM configuration: Error running script (ReferenceError: “regex” is not defined. (#4)) (DME000019) (DM1000031)
Prior to that, I was getting this error:
12:22:21.147 W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the data mapping process caused by ApplicationException: Error executing DM configuration: Cannot extract text from negative height position. (DME000171) (DM1000031)
When I attempt to run the process in debug, it goes to the Execute Data Mapping step and never leaves. I can’t stop services, it just gets stuck on “please wait while the current task finishes processing”. I have to actually restart planet press in order to do anything. This doesn’t matter which workflow process I’m on.
