What is the definition of document and document set precisely in Plane Press world?

Hello John,

In the Connect universe, a single “Document” is defined as one or more pages of… well a document. That could be a letter, an invoice, a report, etc. One “record” in the DataMapper will always output one “document” in the output.

A “Document Set” is one or more documents that have the same recipient. This can also be called a Mail Piece, especially if you send your output to a folder/inserter for mailing.
