I get this error when ever the workflow services and stopped and restarted.
I’ve noticed this in other installations that utilize the HTTP service
I’m trying to prevent errors in the logs, is there a solution to this?
This is a known issue. This happens when SOAP is disabled in your preferences but you’re still starting the HTTP/SOAP Server for a process (for example an HTTP Input process)
A change is planned for a future version that will alter the message to be more descriptive of what is actually happening and to make it a simple notification instead of an error as it is now.
For now, you can safely ignore it. Enabling SOAP would make the message go away, but unless you actually need SOAP for something, you should leave it disabled.
