Unpacked jar is not Signed

The connect Server.exe crashes shortly after starting.
v2020.1.0
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled three times, getting the same error in the event viewer each time.

Error: 101
Method: Properties
Message: unpacked jar is not Signed: C:\Program Files\Objectif Lune\OL Connect\Connect Server..\plugins\com.objectiflune.mysql8.win32.win32.x86_64_8.0.18.OL-104-eb181154
Location: SignatureCheck::checkJars

Screen shot below also.
.net 4.5.1 is installed, user running services has admin perms and antivirus and firewall are turned off.
Each time the Server.exe crashes, the MergeEngine.exe, WeaverEngine.exe and DataMapperEngine.exe also stop.
I saw a similar error listed on this article below, but no resolution, can you advise how to resolve.

Server is on VMWare
Windows server 2019 Datacenter
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5115 CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.39 GHz (4 Processors)
RAM:16GB

Have you already checked if you’re able to solve this issue by reinstalling PlanetPress Connect after executing the steps as described in the OL Connect Knowledgebase article 'Problems during a Connect installation or version upgrade (link)'? In case the issue does still occurs after executing these steps I would like to recommend you to open a ticket via our ‘website (link)’.

Hi Marten,

I tried the steps on that article but still same issue.
I’ve applied to sign up so I can log a ticket, I recieved an email that a ticket has been lodged for my rightanswers access request.
Does this process usually take long?
