Over the past several days I’ve tried to open a support ticket via the ‘Report an issue online’ button on this link (Document composition and automation | Upland Objectif Lune) and I get the following error message:
I’ve tried this using Chrome and Edge and get the same response.
Could you please tell me if there is another way to open a support ticket?

Have you tried using HTTPS instead of HTTP?
I just tried and got the same response.
It is a known issue and our IT department is looking into it.
In the mean time, look into the following PDF document to have the support phone number of your region.
