Unable to connect Automate Therefore nodes to Therefore 2025 On-Premises Web API

Hello Support Team,

I am trying to configure the Therefore Document Management nodes (Upload, Download and Search) in Automate to connect to a Therefore 2025 On-Premises installation.

However, I am unable to establish the connection because the connector requires a Tenant value, and I cannot determine what value should be used for an On-Premises installation.

Our Therefore server is not configured as a multi-tenant environment, and I cannot find any documentation explaining what value should be entered in the Tenant field for local installations.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Are the Therefore nodes compatible with Therefore On-Premises installations?
  2. Is the Tenant field mandatory for On-Premises environments?
  3. If so, what value should be entered?
  4. Is there any additional configuration required on the Therefore server?

I have check with our developpers and the OL Therefore nodes in Automate is for Cloud Therefore version. They are working on making an OL OnPrem Therefore node but it is not done yet.

And before you ask, there is not ETA yet :wink:
