The installer errored out and I looked in the log and it said “The setup failed to install the Connect Server Windows Service.”
We disabled MacAfee, made sure the user is in the “Log On As A Service” Security Policy and not in “Deny Log On As A Service”.
Nothing appeared in the Event Viewer logs indicating an error.
Also, I was able to install Workflow and the service installed… but the installer hung up on the printer driver.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Please check via the (Windows) Services application if the Status of the Print Spooler service is Running and, if not, please check with your IT department or provider why this isn’t the case.
