Stuck out of the blue on Processing

We are trying to use Planetpress on a windows PC device, it works well but out of the blue a pop up appears that says “Processing…” please wait
and the window freezes up and the program needs to be stopped it works fine for a while until the pop up appears again

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program w/o success.

Which version of PlanetPress.
What is the Windows version.
